Linda is an urban and regional planner with professional qualifications in ecology and community development. She has worked as a local government planner in Victorian peri-urban councils for more than eight years, dealing with a wide variety of land use and development proposals. Linda's work history also includes several years in banking and business financial management.

Linda farmed in central Victoria for ten years. She raised Hanoverian horses and commercial Angus cattle on 24 hectares in central Victoria and is a former dressage competitor. Linda bred horses that achieved national and state representation, performing well for riders that ranged from youth level to an Olympian.

She is passionately involved in advocating for maintaining the amenity of her local area and makes her experience available to her local Community Group.
